Just a few points to note. Your IAS w/o warrior's cunning will stop after the 2nd hit most of the time. You will find you will come up against guardian a lot.
Warriors cunning takes 10 en and a hefty 60s recharge. 10 en takes your 2pips 15 seconds to regen. The main worry is the recharge time. However this can be very useful in spikes, I will have to investigate =P
Healing breeze, will not save you from dangerous degen (most of the time can accomadate for TU and HB) or from spikes. Its also prone to be shattered the second its on, thus instead of healing, it will actually inflict 100+ damage on you.
The res is a must, don't even think about not bringing it, this is not a frozen soil build.
Speed buffs are needed to keep pressure up and also to deliver finishing blows, although condition removal would be nice also.
You lack an interupt, you can't interupt dangerous spells, heals, or resses. You can drop penetrating blow for that. Distracting blow is nice and decently recharging mass interupt.
I can't fault Evis+exe, although 16axe would have been nice for the extra crits.
Equip wise, for pvp, I think the best equip would be a stance set of ele and vamp axes or fortitude, with the corresponding stance shield (-2 +45hp). With a hex set of elemental and vamp axes with a hex shield (-3 +60hp).
The element should be earth since very few people wear earth armour, so you are not penalised too much for leaving it on. The elemental is for anti-warrior and the vamp is for anti-everything else.
Why take hexed and stances set? Since you should be in a stance the whole time, so your +15% conditions are always met, second you will be hexed, sometimes with less threatening hexes like Life Siphon etc. take advantage of the +20%.
RE: your armour, drop your knights helm for exe helm and just give up 1 energy.
EDIT: I just read at the bottom that this is for aspenwood, although the main concepts are there, the res can be allowed to go (you have res shrines right?) I was talking about arena PvP.
